Properties with confirmed legal title receive a Title Confirmed badge on their listing, increasing buyer confidence.

This is the registered property number in Nicaragua's Registro Público. Found on your title document.

Review & Submit

Review the platform fees and terms before submitting your listing.

Platform Fees — What to Expect

Listing Fee: $197 — collected upon admin approval of your property.
Stage 1 Reveal Fee: $150 — paid when you choose to see who's interested.
Stage 2 Reveal Fee: $500 — paid when identities are fully disclosed.
Transaction Fee: 2–3% of sale price — collected upon close.

All fees are non-refundable except the Stage 1 fee if the buyer backs out before Stage 2.

Listing Submitted

Your property has been submitted for review. Our team will verify your listing within 24–48 hours. Once approved, your property enters the private exchange and qualified buyers can begin bidding.
