INMAXCA (inmaxca.com) is a private property matchmaking platform operating in Nicaragua. We connect qualified buyers with vetted sellers in a controlled, anonymous environment. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

When you register as a buyer or seller, we collect:

• Full name, email address, and password (hashed — we never store plaintext passwords)
• Phone number and WhatsApp contact (stored privately, never shared without your consent)
• Country of origin and motivation for buying or selling
• Financial information: budget range, financing type, or property asking price
• Property details, photographs, and supporting documents you upload
• IP address, login timestamps, and browser information for security purposes
• Payment transaction references (processed by PayPal — we do not store card details)
• All messages sent through the platform messaging system

How We Use Your Information

• To review, approve, and manage your buyer or seller profile
• To match your profile with suitable counterparts on the platform
• To process payments and maintain fee records
• To send platform notifications regarding your account, bids, and matches
• To enforce platform rules including the communication policy and transaction fee clause
• To investigate potential fraud, policy violations, or security issues

Anonymity and Information Sharing

Your personal identity — name, contact details, and any identifying information — is never shared with other users of the platform without your explicit consent through the two-stage reveal process.

What other users may see about you (anonymously):

• Buyers see: property type, general location, size, condition, price floor, photos, and trust badges
• Sellers see: buyer budget range, property type preference, general location preference, financing type, and timeline

Full identity disclosure occurs only after both parties complete the reveal fee payment and sign the Terms of Reveal.

Message Monitoring

All messages sent through the INMAXCA platform are automatically scanned for prohibited content including contact information, social media handles, and circumvention attempts. Flagged messages are reviewed by our team. By using the platform messaging system, you consent to this monitoring. This is a security measure to protect all users and enforce platform integrity.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through PayPal. INMAXCA does not collect, store, or process your credit card or banking information. PayPal's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as required for legal and business purposes. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years. If you wish to have your data deleted, contact support@inmaxca.com. Note that data relating to completed transactions or platform fee obligations may be retained regardless of deletion requests.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. To exercise these rights, contact us directly. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information including password hashing, HTTPS encryption, session management, and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Links

Our platform may reference external services including PayPal and government registry portals. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
