Our team reviews your listing within 24–48 hours. Verified properties receive trust badges — Property Valued, Title Confirmed, Seller Verified — that increase buyer confidence.

Receive Anonymous Bids

Qualified buyers bid on your property without knowing who you are. You see only their budget profile and offer amount. You decide who meets your floor price.

Approve the Reveal

When a bid meets your minimum, pay the Stage 1 reveal fee ($150) to see who's interested. Pay Stage 2 ($500) to complete the introduction. Then we take it to close.

Once qualified, access the private exchange. Browse anonymous property listings matched to your criteria. Place bids without revealing your identity to the seller.

Get Introduced & Close

When the seller accepts your bid, both parties pay the reveal fees. Identities are disclosed. Our transaction partner handles the closing — title search, notary, registry.

24-Month Protection Clause

Any transaction involving an INMAXCA-introduced property, completed within 24 months of introduction regardless of where it closes, is subject to our platform transaction fee.

Property Valued

The seller has provided a documented or credible basis for their asking price — appraisal report, comparable sales analysis, or professional valuation. The price is not arbitrary.

Title Confirmed

The seller has provided a Folio Real number and title documentation. The property has a registered legal title in Nicaragua's Registro Público de la Propiedad.

Seller Verified

The seller's identity and profile have been reviewed and confirmed by the INMAXCA team. The listing is not anonymous, fabricated, or submitted by a third party without authorization.
